Detailed Estimating
Line-item estimates based on actual Tampa Bay pricing and our long-standing trade relationships. You see what things cost, not a lump sum with no detail.
Design Coordination
We work with your architect or designer, or bring one in through our partner network, so the plans you sign off on are already coordinated with budget, schedule, and constructability.
Permitting & Inspections
We handle permitting with St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, or your specific municipality, coordinate all required inspections, and carry the project through to certificate of occupancy.
Project Management & Scheduling
A dedicated project manager owns your project from kickoff through punch list, with a schedule you can actually see and weekly communication you can count on.
Trade Coordination & Site Supervision
SDF manages every trade on site, from framers to finish carpenters to low-voltage. You have one point of contact for quality, schedule, and problems.
Closeout & Warranty
