Our architect and engineering partners develop the design with SDF estimating and construction input baked in at every milestone, so design choices are made with full visibility into cost and schedule impact.

Permit & Preconstruction

We finalize drawings, pull permits with St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, or the relevant jurisdiction, lock in pricing and trade contractors, and transition cleanly from design into construction.

Construction & Closeout

SDF executes the build as general contractor, with the same team that led the design remaining engaged through construction, punch list, commissioning, and warranty handoff.
