Founded in 2014, the firm specializes in commercial construction such as offices, retail centers, warehouses, churches and educational facilities, and we also handle residential construction including new homes, multi-family, additions, and restoration services.
SDF Contracting, LLC is managed by 3rd generation General Contractor Shawn D. Fernald (CGC1506421) and Chad Pejack (CBC1255772). Combined they have over fifty-two years in the construction industry. Dating back to the early 1920’s, the Fernald family has shared a proud tradition in the St. Petersburg construction industry. Building is in our blood. Enthusiasm and a love for what we do have fueled a lifetime in the construction industry for both of us and our team.
